Terms and conditions

• Fares are based on twin share in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive
• Subject to availability
• Booking form fares are based on everyday Gold Service twin share fares
•  If you are a solo traveller or would prefer Platinum Service, please mention this in your booking request and we are happy to adjust accordingly
• If Advance Purchase fares are available the appropriate changes will be made and confirmed in writing.  Same applies for or flexible fares
• Online request is subject to available at the time of booking
• Availability will be confirmed within 48 hours of booking request
• Fares are based on a twin share basis unless otherwise stated
• Advance Purchase fares are only available outside 6 months of travel.
  • Numbers are limited on any one departure and once sold out, are not longer available
  • Full payment is due at the time of booking
  • Fares are non-refundable if cancelled
  •  Travel date can be changed up to one year from original booking date
  • Subject to availability and the price may vary from original price to new travel date price.  This difference is payable at the time of booking new date
  • One name change is available (for a twin share cabin only) up to 46 days prior to departure
  • 2024 travel:  Amendments can be made up to 46 days prior to travel.  A service fee of $99 per person applies plus any additional fare cost should that applies
• Everyday fares have two payment requirements
  • A non-refundable deposit within 3 days of booking and final payment is due within 67 days prior to travel
  • If you cancel a minimum of 46 days prior to travel you will loose your deposit
  • If you cancel inside 45 days from travel, you will loose the full cost of your fare so be sure to have travel insurance by this stage
  • 2024 travel:  Amendments can be made up to 46 days prior to travel.  A service fee of $99 per person applies plus any additional fare cost should that applies
• Flexible fares require full payment at the time of booking.
  • Flexible fares are fully refundable providing you cancel in writing a minimum 2 business days prior to travel.
  • Hotel, touring and transfers have their own terms and conditions so cancellation fees may apply for those components.  The rail component is the fully refundable
